Everyday we must make the decision to be thankful. The bible gives us the admonition to enter into God's courts with thanksgiving in our heart. In Psalm 107, we are commanded to be thankful because of the goodness of God. Truthfully, it is easy to fall into the pitfalls of a critical and complaining spirit. Ask yourself a question. When was the last time you said thank you to someone who acted in a kind way or expressed a thankful heart to God for His benevolence? Have you become critical? Do you find yourself complaining more often than being thankful? When we are thankful, we are able to see God's kindness and His goodness.
