Extraordinary

As we celebrated Father's Day at HPC, we stopped to consider the earthly father of Jesus in the man we call Joseph.  When was the last time you heard a message about him?  This is due in part of the scripture itself.  There is not one verse in the bible that is a quote of Joseph and few verses that purposes to define his life.  Simply, there is little to say about him.  We are left with little information and some speculation.  After some careful consideration, we could say Joseph is an ordinary man.  But once we stop to consider the fact that God chose him to be the earthly father to Jesus, we can begin to see his life as God saw him.  Take a moment to listen to this message.  It will help you see how ordinary people become extraordinary. - Pastor
