Our new series began with a 911 call to God. How amazing is Psalm 91:1. God wants a secret place with each of us. Are you aware of the personal nature of God with us? I am certain most Christians are familiar with eternal life. Eternal life is measured by our knowledge of Him. Oddly, most of Christianity is often in pursuit of the knowledge of God by experience, scripture, and revelation and for right reason. Yet, it is equally important, and could I argue, it is more important that God knows you. Jesus said there will be many who will say to Him that they prophesied, cast out devils, and did wonderful works in His name. Jesus said He will reply, I never knew you. Can I ask you a simple question? If God knows everything, how come He didn't know the persons who were performing the works of God? Take a moment to listen to the message. Let me forewarn you. It’s Like That Series: Power Of 153

What a way to end the series It's Like That! We ended with the power of 153. Did you know the Apostle John left us a prophetic message in St. John 21:11 by using the counting of fish in the miraculous catch? It is a reference to the Prophet Ezekiel in chapter 47 verse 10. For those who are familiar with Ezekiel 47, this is the chapter of the River of Life. What a powerful story given to us by Jesus himself. The River of Life is a powerful life stream drawing all things in to itself. As we learned, every living thing comes to the river. Did you know Jesus shared the Kingdom of God as a net that is cast into the sea as a prelude to the coming of the Holy Ghost? Were you aware the River of Life is the mighty Holy Spirit and His life-giving power? He is the power of 153! What you will hear is not only prophetic in nature but a prophetic illustration of the power working in us.

It’s Like That Series: A Price To Pay

It's like that! The Kingdom of God is like a treasure hid in a field or like a merchant man seeking goodly pearls. Jesus spoke about the Kingdom of God and what it is like. At HPC, we are purposing to make the Kingdom visible to the world. Jesus gave these illustrations to encourage the believer to pursue it and to make known the mystery of the Kingdom so that it may be found. Have you found the treasure of the Kingdom? It’s Like That Series: Spring Cleaning

It's springtime! Typically, this is the time of year we clean the house. It's called spring cleaning. Could I suggest to you it is time to spiritually clean house? Just as the nation of Israel cleaned their houses before the coming of the death angel, we have to clean our house too. There is so much to do. We have to eradicate unbelief and the leaven of the world. Are you aware of the many types of leaven that can contaminate the faith of God in us? Jesus said we have to be on guard against the leaven of the Pharisees, Sadducees, and Herod. Paul said there is the leaven of immorality and legalism. If leaven enters in our heart, it will destroy our faith in God. This message entitled "Spring Cleaning" in the series It's Like That will help you clean house. Take a moment to listen. Your faith will never be the same.

It’s Like That Series: Remove The Mountain Of Unbelief

Are you a person of faith? I am not speaking of your belief in Christ but a faith that can move mountains. I believe our faith needs to stand ready to present the fullness of God's Kingdom. Have you kept the garden of faith free from doubt? Is it possible you might have a mountain of doubt that has choked out your faith? The disciples asked Jesus to increase their faith. This sounds like a reasonable request, but it doesn't fit into our description of faith. Jesus said if you have faith as a small grain of mustard seed there is power to tell trees to be uprooted and mountains removed. That's right. Faith as a mustard seed. You don't need a lot of faith to see outstanding expressions of the Kingdom of God. Has your faith been overcome with doubt? Would you like to see victory in your life? Take a moment to hear this message. It will produce a field ready for the seed of the Word of God.

Mother’s Day: A Precious Seed

To all the moms, I have a question. What is the best gift you could get on Mother's Day? I am sure the list gets thin. Could I suggest the best gift a mother could ask for is an answer to their prayers! Today, God sent me with a Word directly from His heart. He sent me to share how valuable you are to Him. You are His precious seed! If you want to hear a Word in season and a Word that will produce an abundance of fruit, take a moment to hear this message. It is the answer to your prayer and the beginning of your harvest. Happy Mother's Day! Enjoy!

"It's Like That" is a brand-new series exploring the Kingdom of Heaven. Jesus said the Kingdom is likened unto and proceeding to share its worth. Whatever your need or whatever the situation, the Kingdom of Heaven is the fullness of the Father's influence over every situation should we allow Him access. Further still, we are His children influencing the world on His behalf. Greater still, the requirement to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven is to become a small child. The fullness of God's goodness rests in this command. You must become as a small child. This is an invitation into the greatest Kingdom of all time and a Kingdom that belongs to us. This was the question Pilate asked of Jesus. Jesus said everyone that is of truth hears His voice. Do you hear the voice of Jesus? Do you know what truth is? Today, we stopped to answer this question. If you know what truth is, you can see and labor in the Kingdom of God. If you don't know truth, you can never begin the beautiful journey in Christ.
